Akron Auto Sales was great to deal with, very nice and polite. When it was time to buy,they had all of the paperwork ready so everything was quick and simple.

Drove 2 hours to look at this vehicle, was told nothing was wrong. Get there, A/C doesn’t work, the blinker doesn’t work, the driver side rear window didn’t work. As I was test driving the check engine light came on and a loud noise from the engine came after. Took it to autozone to have them run a reader on it to see what issues it has. Comes back the truck has over 200 thousand miles on it instead of the 120 thousand that was advertised. After telling the salesman all the issues he offered me 500$ off and had nothing else to say to me. Absolute worst car dealership I’ve ever been to.

We went to look at this vehicle and it had a ratchet strap under the fuel tank and the oil lines were leaking. When we brought it up they acted like it was no big deal. We left without making a purchase and they never responded about fixing the vehicle for later purchase.

Great buying experience from start to finish. Will was awesome…friendly, helpful, and willing to deal with me. He even agreed to a few extras I asked for. They have a good selection of cars, SUVs, and trucks. I found what I was looking for at a price I was happy with. Recommend everyone check them out
