Poor effort by manager to make me buy the car, instead he tried to offer a Mercedes I had no interest in, he did not even give a test drive in the Audi, he was more focused on the Mercedes, and allowed me a test drive in the Mercedes instead. I was terribly disappointed at the lack of effort. No offer of finance, or willingness to negotiate my 2014 Hyundai Sonata trade-in which was in excellent condition at 84,000 miles.

Salesperson Taylor was nice and polite; in general the car looked in decent condition for the asking price which is well below market, until i was informed it was salvage title. My bad it was in the ad and i had my cars mixed up. But still way too high for salvage title car even with the low odo reading.

Told me they’d contact me when the truck arrived and nothing. Gave them my vehicle info for estimated trade in and never heard back. They’d text me that they’d let me know and were still working on it. Finally, I called them and truck had came and sold. Still never got my vehicle trade in quote. Been 3 weeks.
