Terrible experience, made a deal in the evening to come out early morning from Los Angeles to the dealership to purchase a car. Driving out there after an hour and a half I get a call when on the road that the car has been sold. I heard from a friend had they had a similar experience with this dealership. Never would I do business with this dealership again, they do not keep there word. I suggest you don’t business with them. Bought a car from a great dealership not to far from them. Newport Beach Range Rover, great dealership and great people to work with.

Wasted time and gas to go to this dealer just to find they add $2000 of extras and will not remove it from the price. They are not optional and not included in the advertised price. This dealer is a HUGE SCAM!!!! Don’t waste your time unless you can afford the extra $2000 added to the price. One feature was called “forever start”, it cost about 1200, then there was something for $695 (paint protection I think) and something else for $295. A rip off!

Pretty seamless transaction and was in and out within 45 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and professional and they even delivered my vehicle to my house.

Had a good experience and that wasn’t something I expected to happen . The salesperson was transparent and honest I believe . We negotiated a bit and I felt I good a fair deal . The process was amazing , it took only about 3 hours from start to finish . I believe Mercedes Benz has a good product and there was no pressure to sale the van , unlike my experience at a competitor , Ford . 5 stars for me .
