Dealerships near me (La Puente, CA)

Haven't been to the dealership yet ! However they responded the first day and had no problem with sending me a OTD price ! So looking forward to heading to the dealership this week and go from there ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We reserved a 2018 Toyota RAV4. We called to confirm the car was still there and we were coming. We arrive at the dealership, sign in, sit down, and go outside to wait for them to bring the car around to test drive. The sales person comes out to advise that the car has already been sold, and offers for us to test drive a 2023 rav4 they have on lot. It took us over an hour to get there just to find out the car we wanted was not there, with attempt to up sale on newer model. LA city cars was not transparent about selling the car. They are still advertising the 2018 RAV4 online. We will never do business with a dealership that operates this way.

Charles and Manny were so helpful. The process was fairly quick, and I love my vehicle. They also explained everything very clearly and had excellent customer service.

Both the sales person and the sales manager were responsive. Contacted me when a car arrived I was interested in and worked with me to get to a fair deal.

Great staff, super nice truck, nice facility! Definitely worth a look.

Excellent experience, vey smooth and easy transaction would highly recommend Anthony my salesman, the desk Manager and Valerie in finance all awesome to work with 10 out of 10 !
