Didn’t like the experience. I explained my situation prior to viewing the vehicle and my bad encounters with other sales rep at other dealers I went to, the sales rep sounded very understanding and advised to go ahead and apply for the finance. I told him exactly what I was putting down as a down payment nothing more. After he processed the application he stated I was approved and confirmed my down payment. Once I went to look at the vehicle, test drive and was ready to sign off on the deal he said oh btw your down payment is double than what you said you were going to put! ( while he is eating a messy donut on his desk while conducting business) Very unacceptable and the fact that you ran my credit and initially confirmed my down payment amount is NOT how you do business! I left never went back and had the nerve to text me the next day to see if I found a car! ‍♀️ I will never recommend anyone there.

Dishonest Dealer Alert! ⚠️ About 10 days ago, I emailed them asking for the final out-the-door price and to clarify the total cost. Instead of giving a straight answer, they simply replied, “Unfortunately, the car has been sold.” However, even after all this time, the same car is still listed for sale on their website and other platforms! Let’s be honest — if a dealer lies just to avoid giving a transparent price, it only means one thing: the listed price is fake, and they plan to add hidden fees later. Stay away from this kind of dealership. They waste your time and can’t be trusted

They tell you one price on the listing then when you get there, they add another $3000 of accessories that come with a vehicle from the manufacturer
