Requested information on a vehicle but never received it. Will never shop online with this dealership again..

Vince at Toyota Lost Pines was excellent from the time I inquired through the purchase. Everyone at the dealership was respectful and I was in and out in a reasonable time. They also picked me up from the airport so I could drive the new car to complete my purchase. All in all it was great service and an excellent experience.
