The guys at the dealership were great

the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. they were very helpful. the car was ready to go and clean . I felt at ease with them . they are great and I will be back

I messaged the dealer from the site to check if the vehicle was still available. I did get an email back for awhile so I called the dealership and left my phone number asking for a call. Then I did get an email saying that the vehicle (they were not specific about which one I had asked about) was not available. I then emailed them back with my phone number asking for a call. Still no response. So I called the dealership a second time the following day leaving my phone number again. I never received a real phone call from a salesman. I did email them back again letting them know I could be taken off their check on me list and about the communication issues. I understand that we can live in a technological world. However, there is still something to be said about an actual live person returning your call and good customer service.

We contacted them for pictures of the actual vehicle not stock photo,1. He would not respond or send pictures. After contacting him 5 times he said if I gave him my number he’d send them, which he had, but I sent it again and still nothing. He has at least 3 vehicles on web with stock photos. Not very trustworthy.
