Good service starts with good communication, and you can definitely feel that here. Jim answered my questions calmly and never tried to steer every conversation toward closing the sale. It made choosing a vehicle much more comfortable.

Response was timely but too much multiple different people called from different dinners and that was dumb. Accuracy is off it was one price, decreased, and raised again. No onsite experience. The people I talked to 3 different people after all the calls 2 were ok and one was sarcastic. This was yesterday and the price is back down again. Overall I believe someone was there and they were trying to pass a quick buck. impression not worth the 2 hour drive for the vehicle.

Very helpful and kind. However, don't plan on going on a Saturday. You'll be there for hours.
