They were cordial, but didn’t communicate in a timely manner.

Terrible experience from start to finish. They first gave me an inflated quote, and when I asked about the high mileage on the vehicle, they made up a story to cover it - then ended up offering a $2K discount over the phone, but instead of simply discounting the $2k from the selling price, they manipulated the numbers and added more than $2K in ‘Gorman add-ons’ to the quote. When I kindly questioned these charges, they stopped responding altogether, even after I followed up. It’s clear Ruben and team only target people who aren’t making informed decisions.

Hidden fees that can’t be removed such as a $250 “P & H” fee and a $2,495 “Ford Surface Care” fee that when asked if these could be removed, received a “Boss says that’s the best deal he’s got”

We were able to do almost all of the deal online. Just the first k alittle longer than we wanted it to at the dealer. We drive over 3 hours for the great deal
