I truly do not know what I should say about my experience with this dealer. I was interested in a car that in my mind had some sketchy history and was priced higher than I thought it was worth. Over a period of weeks after offers and counter-offers an agreement was reached. So I thought. The salesman emailed me to say he needed only to secure how much his manager wanted as a deposit. This was the last I heard for several days until I contacted the dealer the following week only to learn the car had been sold, possibly to an employee. I was disappointed of course, but integrity and car sales are mutual strangers and this dealership was no exception. The low rating is because they did not consummate the deal agreed to. The people I interacted with could be called nothing less than professional automobile salespeople and certainly deserve a higher rating.
