Experience was good the staff was patient and on point with keeping the whole process fast but ensuring every step was explained well and completed without any mistakes.

Car was dirty, very dirty for the drive …. While test-driving the vehicle and expressing interest in purchasing it for my daughter, the salesperson informed me of the $28k price tag. When I inquired about the possibility of negotiating the price, I was met with a firm refusal. Upon returning home, I discovered that the car had been listed for $26k, leaving me feeling somewhat disheartened by this turn of events.

They have a non-negotiable $3000 "Customer Care" fee they add onto every used vehicle. Then all of the other fees they add on. (tags, dealer prep..ect.). When you see the sticker price, add an additional $4500 to get the actual price. Then add taxes. The vehicle I was looking into instantly became over priced with the extra fees.

Salesman told me a price and then came back and said he couldn't do that price! Was $1400 apart

Typical dealership. Advertise a car for one price, then add thousands of dollars worth of costs that raise the selling price 25% over the original offering price. It would be refreshing to find a car dealer who listed the actual selling price of a car. Imagine any other product sold like this. I am fortunate to not need the car I was trying to buy, so I could walk away easily. If I could, I would always buy a car from a private owner to avoid all the up-charges.

I went in for a specific vehicle and keep in mind I spoke with the salesman throughout the week. However, I get there on my appointed time just for them to tell me the vehicle was not there. A salesman took the Mercedes for a family emergency. Then drove up in a Toyota Highlander. I was upset because this was unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time and my specific request. I had driven over an hour and rented a turo which cost me time and money. I left unhappy and without a vehicle.
