Quick, easy, and straight forward.

Kevin, our salesperson, was very nice, and his communication was excellent. When we arrived first thing in the morning, the vehicle was very dirty. However, we had not given him much time to prepare it, so I was willing to overlook that. When we discussed the numbers, we made it clear that we did not want to pay for the LoJack or clearcoat add-ons. The vehicle was used, and these products appeared to have been installed before Winn Kia acquired it. We eventually reached an agreement to move forward without paying for those add-ons. Unfortunately, when the finance manager came in, the numbers once again included the add-ons we had already declined. He tried to sell us on them again before finally removing them. Although our credit is not perfect, we were simply told that Winn Kia could not finance us. When we left I texted Vacaville Kia about one they had. I completed the application online and by the time we got there they had us approved with multiple lenders.

I had been trying to contact them for over a week, finally was able to get ahold of someone. We were texting and agreed that I’d be coming ( driving over an hour) the next morning. They open at 10 and I told them I would be there by 1030. We got a call from the salesperson who I was in contact with the evening before and she was calling to confirm our appointment at 1030 in the morning. I let her know yes and that we were 20 minutes away. As we were literally 2-3 minutes away from the dealership we got another call from her and she said that her service manager had the vehicle and it won’t be ready today. We were so mad that they couldn’t make sure this was available the night before. They knew we were coming over an hour out of the way. We wasted the entire day and gas money with a small child in the car at that. I called back and asked if they could transfer it from Hayward Kia to the Kia around us and they said no, different owners. I use to work at a dealerships and they do trades.

Didn’t disclose chip in windshield before purchasing. It was in the line of sight of the driver and refused to replace the windshield

Dealer contacted me promptly. Price they are asking for the used vehicle is unreasonable, however. You can literally purchase a brand new vehicle (same make/model/trim) for about $3k less thank what they want for a used one MY 2023 with about 200 miles on it.

Staff was extremely attentive. The process was a bit slow. We also have to replace all 4 tires since it is an AWD and they put 2 new ones on that we don't have any use for.
