I drove nearly 3.5 hours to be disappointed with the condition of this vehicle according to the pictures on the their website it look nothing like it in person. The salesman claimed that he noticed the damage on the driver side rear taillight and quarter panel the day of me viewing it. The center console was broken and he also said “ Oh yeah we don’t take care of that “ Along with some damage to the vehicle that to me should have at least been fixed or brought to attention during the inspection. He also gave me a repair sheet stating what they had done to it but by me looking at the sheet and comparing it to the condition of the vehicle looks like they didn’t do anything so needless to say I wasted a day to look at an auction vehicle which I could have done locally.

It's clear that Jim Shorkey Ford only cares about maximizing their profits by taking advantage of their customers. I was pressured into purchasing a $1500 protection package (Luxcare XT) after explicitly declining it multiple times. Jim Shorkey Ford refused my request to refund any money and made no effort to resolve the issue. I expressed my concern to both the finance manager (Tony) and the general manager (Alfy), only to be told repeatedly that the car had already been treated and that the money was non-refundable. This excuse seems all too convenient for them. After looking into the Luxcare XT product further, it appears to be nothing more than common paint sealant, wax, and leather sealer - likely worth well less than $100. This product provides very little value for the absurd and unjustifiable cost of $1500. I feel exploited and ultimately deceived. The sales process at Jim Shorkey Ford is intentionally confusing and predatory.
