Terrible experience . If I could give them a zero star and still tell you what I got to tell you I would. No one introduced themselves there so you don't know who you talk to. Everything was good they had everything set up until they got ready to transfer the tag and then they went and had a private meeting when they found out I was from Alabama. And came back and said they couldn't do it. Although I was a pre-approved through CarGuru but that didn't matter. Now that's all I'm going to say for now

Very responsive and the salesman Demarces was great. No pressure and the whole thing went smoothly. Tanner the sales manager was very helpful as well getting us out of there as quick as possible.
