Instead of taking responsibility, the selling dealer minimized the issue and offered only partial help, leaving me to cover a costly repair on my own. It was heartbreaking to feel so unsupported at a moment when I needed honesty and accountability. Buyers deserve transparency and real care— I strongly urge future customers to be extremely cautious with the service department and consider getting an independent inspection before finalizing a purchase
