Kia dealerships near me (New Haven, MI)

I visited Summit Place Kia East on 8/9/26. Young sales man was very courteous. But I was not able to see the car I came to look at because "the keys were lost" and it had a broken tail light. Instead I was asked to test drive a different larger car that cost more than my budget. It was a wasted trip from Port Huron that I had to obtain a ride for. Please do not advertise cars that are not available to test drive.

Honestly the best dealership we've have been to. Our loan that we had brought in didnt meet the requirements but our sale rep Bill serra was phenomenal and made the process easy! Highly recommend Bill serra!

I bought the car all electronically. They found me a KIA from another lot in the color requested and delivered it to me. The marketing staff were timely and helpful. The finance sales man was rude and yelling when asking him to clarify some of the financial questions, interest rates, correcting errors. He stated," sign the paperwork because we found drivers to deliver you the car". I believe the guys name was Tom L. Very very rude and unprofessional. The Delivery driver Nick was prompt and friendly.
