Kia dealerships near me (Matthews, NC)

Very dishonest. We called twice before driving an hour and a half to test drive this car. When we arrived, they told us they weren’t aware we were coming. We test drove the car and there was trash left in the car possibly from the previous owner or another sales person. Then when we told them we were paying cash for the car, they quoted us a price $2000 over the price listed on their website and on car gurus. We told them we weren’t interested and they reworked the price and only dropped it $200. Then we told them we were walking and they asked us what price would we need to make a deal and we told them the price as advertised. They came back with $1000 over the listed price. Ridiculous! They said the price listed was including a $1000 finance discount and some other discount that we didn’t qualify for. There was nothing about that on their website or on car gurus. We left very frustrated. They do not honor the prices listed and I will NEVER do business with them.

Communication was quick but 3 people contacted me but like many other internet sites, they are not all on same page...repeated my stores many times.

Submitted an offer for the car, was told they are considering my offer but they needed my cell phone number in order to proceed, reluctantly I gave it to them and it's been 3 days and 4 emails later smand they have yet to respond. Probably just sold my number to robo calls. Horrible lack of communication.

Pretty much a waste of time. I had specific questions about delivery, and all they wanted to do was collect personal information and talk about coming in for a test drive, some 350 miles away. They ghosted every single question about delivery.
