I contacted Hendrick Kia of Concord based on an internet ad that included a used vehicle that I was interested in. The internet sales person contacted me the following morning and we scheduled an appointment to test drive the vehicle later in the day. The vehicle was ready when I got there and I was paired up with a regular sales person who showed me the vehicle and certain features. After the test drive, I identified an issue with the A/C and was told that the dealership would fix it. The service personnel identified the issue and repaired it. I have purchased the vehicle and the purchase process was smooth. Everyone from the receptionist to the finance manager were very friendly and professional. The folks at Hendrick Kia of Concord were great to work with and I would definitely consider them in the future for another vehicle.
