Kia dealerships near me (Malibu, CA)

I thought I got a good deal until sales manager sold the car to another customer even my appointment came first. In the other hand, my salesman is good and patience.

How does a vehicle listed at $30,750, with my offer out the door of $33,000, shoot up to an asking price of $38,000 overnight? These people are the worst.

I like this auto but really is to old plus is over price the value is about $3500

I contact the dealer several times by phone and email. Initially their vehicles were being priced above MSRP. Later in November 2025 the dealership reduced their prices. I was looking for an EV9, Color Gray Wolf exterior and Brown only in the interior, GT- Line. One of the sales associates said there were some vehicles in transit that were scheduled to arrive in a couple of weeks. I made offers to various sales associates at the dealership. None of the offers were accepted. I found other dealers more competitive and sales associates that would accept or reject my offer.

Good communication

Everything was great and top-notch service. The only thing I would say is just give me a little tour of the car you know explain the details of you know how the trunk opens or how the windows go down or just a little things like that other than that, everything was great.

Do not buy from Harbor Garden Grove Kia. They tried to rip me off with extremely high pricing. They quoted me $49,000 for a new EX, and they were not willing to negotiate or make any deals at all. It seems like this dealership prefers to hold onto their cars instead of offering fair prices, which may be why they have so much inventory sitting on the lot. I decided to go to Kia of Van Nuys instead, and I was able to purchase the same vehicle for almost $5,000 less. That shows how overpriced Harbor Garden Grove Kia really is. I strongly recommend that people shop around before buying from this dealership. In my experience, the pricing was unreasonable and the customer service was not helpful. Be careful and compare prices with other Kia dealerships before making a decision.
