This dealer likes to talk about value, but not willing to negotiate price at all. listed one price and presented another. duplicity is alive and well at this dealer.

Staff was very nice. Car was inside and pulled out for me to see. Made an offer but did not purchase.

I almost bought at another dealer until their pushiness turned me off. I returned to Koons Kia. They treated me right. The battery was as old as the car and gave me trouble. They immediately diagnosed the problem and replaced it. I would definitely recommend Kal and the folks who handled my purchase.

1000% don’t recommend. This review is for my experience with the sales representative Evans, whom I dealt with regarding a used BMW X5M. As someone experienced in automotive transactions, I find the few instances of lack of professionalism encountered here unacceptable AFTER I notified I will not be moving forward with this deal. After politely declining a vehicle upon not being able to reach a deal which I was able to justify, I received a text message containing inappropriate and desperate suggestions. These included a request to sell my current vehicle via a third party and travel to Virginia to complete a deal, followed by a proposal to accept significant negative equity while paying a $5,000 premium over the asking price. Guess they thought they found an easy ticket. It is clear my business was not valued, but rather viewed as an opportunity for an unethical transaction on a vehicle exceeding $100,000. I have since declined their offers politely and will be going elsewhere

They were very nice and helpful. The car was priced well but in my opinion, the $950 transaction fee was a bit high for a car that was priced at $7.5K. With taxes and registration it ended up costing right at $9k which was still a fair price in the end. It did take them a surprisingly long time to complete the sale even though I arrived with a pre-approval check from my bank. However, leaving with a fresh inspection, a full tank of gas, and permanent plates was definitely a plus!
