Carguru said all dealer fees include in price. Made offer 950 off listed price. Dealer counter 705 off listed price but added 699 doc fee that was stated listing as included in price.

The team is friendly but everything there over price is they always 2 or 3 k higher than other dealerships

The sales people were excellent. I wish I could mention their names but I am not allowed to as per the review rules of this website. Watch out for the finance department. They relentlessly try to sell you an extended warranty (for a Kia that comes with such excellent, manufacturer-provided industry-leading warranties). Curiously this Kia dealership was strongly pushing an extended warranty from Zurich rather than Kia's own extended warranty. My guess is that Zurich gives the dealership a better commission. This dealership seems to be behind other dealers I have been to in terms of using computerization to make things efficient. Things are first done on paper and then typed into a computer later manually (unlike other places where things move faster because things are all done on a tablet/computer and not on paper). Communicating with the dealership was not easy. More than once I was told that someone in management will call me back but no one did.
