Kia dealerships near me (Detroit, MI)

I visited Summit Place Kia East on 8/9/26. Young sales man was very courteous. But I was not able to see the car I came to look at because "the keys were lost" and it had a broken tail light. Instead I was asked to test drive a different larger car that cost more than my budget. It was a wasted trip from Port Huron that I had to obtain a ride for. Please do not advertise cars that are not available to test drive.

I was lucky enough to get Chris Manns as the point of contact for this purchase. He was kind, polite, and informed. He took time to answer all of my questions; and what he didn't know, he found out or directed me to someone who did know. He followed up on every communication in a timely fashion. EVERYONE I met at this dealership, however briefly, was similarly professional (thank you, Austin). There were a couple of matters about which they informed me (e.g., extra coverage for a very new vehicle) but there was no "hard sell" of any kind and at NO time did I ever feel even slightly pressured...and I was ready for it! The car was exactly as described and was CLEAN. I don't know if all or how many dealerships are like this, but this one was by FAR the best such experience I've ever had...and at age 64, I've had my share. Honestly the best dealership we've have been to. Our loan that we had brought in didnt meet the requirements but our sale rep Bill serra was phenomenal and made the process easy! Highly recommend Bill serra!
