Contact them would not give pricing over phone

Contacted the dealer through app. Dealership contacted me quickly. I return call on Saturday and the sales person said they were too busy to talk to me and they would call me back. They did not call back until the following Tuesday. I requested details on the vehicles, Internet report And dealership never responded back. Kept sending emails and text asking if I was interested in the car, but would not provide details of the incident report.

Overall car Buying experience was pretty straightforward. Salesman was very helpful & financing was made easy , with great options

Car wasn’t ready..was told the car still needed differential fluids and a few other things to explain the dashboard lights when in actuality they were all for safety lane assist and a lot of the electrical features

I received an email that that car was sold, never got a call prior to set up a meeting. Once car was sold that’s when I got a call from someone asking to help me. Sorry but sounded like the old bait and switch. I did not engage with the sales rep. Not a good feeling about this dealer.

Worked with Andrew L, from initial contact to coming in to pick up the vehicle everything was seamless. Transparent pricing, worked with us for financing and was kind and patient throughout the interaction. Everything was explained in full and a transparent process, the manager Jason was extremely helpful and ensured we understood what we were getting ourselves into especially as new parents. Lastly Paul in finance was a pleasure to work with, helped us understand our package with the warranty and things to look out for. I would recommend Jack Daniel’s Kia!

Was the worst experience we ever had. They had the wrong car the wrong milage salesman was not prepared didnt know our need was a total water of time and our effort. Will never step foot in there again. Place sucks simple as that
