This has to had been bait and switch experience for sure! I inquired about the truck and said they had truck, I drove by and looked all over lot including back and truck was never there. They continued calling said they had truck there until I told them I went and was never there , then they told me it had sold. Very shady if you ask me truck was never there yet they continue to have it for sale on their website and CarGurus and other markets.

These guys were great to work with! Quick response and answered all questions. We travelled from Alaska to buy this. Worked with Jermaine he was great. Even picked me up from DFW. Highly recommend vanguard.

Kevin & Brandon Were Very Helpful & Transparent

They had a 2017 Ford Escape listed for $8,991 with no accidents & no damage online. When we arrived even the salesman was like wow when we both saw the car had damage on the passenger side front & back. He confirmed they were getting this fixed but in its current condition this was not worth $9,000. We asked why the vehicle was listed with no damage & he told us because they were going to fix that & it would be 100% by Monday. During the test driver it seems to be mechanically sound, so we walked in to talk about making a deal & picking up the care once it was fixed. We were paying cash & didn’t need any financing, we came to the table expecting to pay the value of the vehicle along with taxes & title. That’s not what happened they expected us to pay for the work that was required to get it back to their asking price along with paying the price they had it listed online with no damages listed, other up charges & tax & title. They are liars and seriously mark up their vehicles Don’t GO

Contacted this dealer cause they had the lowest price listed. Then I was informed of the 1800$ tint charge on the vehicle this brought the price to well above other dealers. Adding equipment to a vehicle and then charging mark up ontop of the added equipment is a highly unethical business practice I wouldn't do business with people that do this. Which is why I didn't. Never pay for equipment you didn't ask for.
