Made an appt to look at a car, car was sold by the time I got there, no big deal. Instead of a call or text letting me know, I just showed up and was told it hold sold. They tried to talk me into other, higher priced options.

Features breakdown search for tow package and description stated tow package, but when I asked for pictures to prove it, it was a 2-3 day run around to find out it did not have a tow package, as I suspected based off the online pictures. They wanted several other details from me prior to confirming it didn't have a tow package and I just moved on in my online search.
