They made us drive to dealership when the car was already sold. We got there and Juan with whom we have been communicating with pretended he was so busy to come meet with us and sent someone else who came and was only interested in selling other cars to us. There was no one to attend to us when arrived and it was only after a long wait that we started asking around for help. Horrible experience.

The Buick, Chevy used cars salesman was not very knowledgeable about the toyota hybrid so there was some lack of understanding and communication with him. Same with finance person. Very hard to reach anyone or get them to call you back. The people in the service department were great and very helpful. What they didn’t know they looked up and made sure of the information they gave. Better to buy a toyota from a toyota dealership. I bet they ate great with GMC products.

Kevin is a really great person very professional, and stay with me the whole process, explain every thing. For sure I will buy again and I will ask for him and Jake next time . I will tell my family about them. And the financial Department really help me to close a good deal., tks. Wynn
