Kia dealerships near me (Castle Rock, WA)

This was a terrible experience dealing with Dick Hannah Kia.. I spent 7 hours round trip driving to this dealership to find out the car wasn’t available yet (in the shop dealing with an oil leak problem) they wouldn’t even let me look at it.. I would never buy a car from them in the future

Their AI posed as a named sales person and instead of understanding and answering my question the AI attempted get me into the dealer (a 90 minute drive) and fished for information. Building trust must be difficult when they start a relationship with deception.
