There was no response from dealer.

The price agreed to in text messaging was not honored. A new proposal (with a different price than what was discussed) was sent from a different phone number that went to Spam AFTER I was already halfway to the dealership with the understanding that there was a verbal documented agreement by text. The new proposal price was NOT what was agreed to in text messaging conversation. This was discovered AFTER driving there, my cost of gas to drive an hour, the cost of taking a half day off of work, after the test drive, and not until it was time to put down the previously agreed upon down-payment. As a single parent, single income household, this set me back financially. There was zero apologies made. This was the least honest interaction I have ever had with a business and I will NEVER return to this dealership. I will also strongly discourage anyone in my large professional network to avoid this dealership.

Overall smooth experience with very helpful staff.

The dealership is nice. They have the good snacks and coffee. They have a great inventory of vehicles. They also scam with their prices a bit. They charge for a “ceramic coat” we know dealerships don’t really apply professional ceramic coating. They nickel and dime you for a couple grand on top of every car. The sales people must not be very successful because he was trying to milk every dollar out of a potential sale. He quoted me at 1000$ a month to lease a 55k Honda passport that they were charging 62k for. I have tier one credit. In a lease, I’m supposed to be paying for depreciation. A Honda that easily goes 200k miles, depreciates more than 60% in three years 36k miles? Or was an u successful salesman’s trying to make his ends meet at my expense. I was insulted. I had recently been quoted 6-700$ a month for a top trim 53k$ outback xt, and a 62k$ 4Runner trd off road.
