The salesman who was assigned was terrible. No transparency, he tried to get me into the dealership to strong-arm me into making a purchase. When I advised him that I live in eastern Long Island & would prefer to negotiate over the phone or txt I didn't get a response. It seems not to matter what occurs; dealership tactics, particularly at Toyota, will never change. "Caveat Emptor"

How can they justify selling such a beautiful car in this condition? It suggests poor maintenance and possibly careless ownership. If something this obvious was overlooked, what else might be wrong under the surface? Was the car abused by the previous owner? All signs point to yes. You decide if it’s worth the risk.

Dirty car, misleading description - lots of cosmetic body damage, no service records for a Canadian import car, but they are of course perfectly happy to sell a damaged undocumented car to suckers.

My experience was great with buying this vehicle. I wasn’t really sure what steps to take on how to go about it but Robert and Daniel were very helpful throughout the process. They gave me all the Touch bases that were convenient and buying the car and I use my own lender, but with that it was still no issues working with them using theirs. The rate is convenient and the cars are good cars , everything worked out as I planned. I’m grateful and happy to have the car I saw online and went and bought .
