On September 4, 2025 My husband and I bought our 2018 Kia Soul from Elite Motors of Joppa. They made our car buying experience a truly memorable experience. From Rashid to Chris to Mitchell, excellent customer service was their top priority. They treated us with respect and dignity. The car we purchased was in great condition and exactly what I wanted. There was no hassle or hidden agenda-they were with us every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a great local car dealership! They are a 10/10!

I told him I am buying car for my daughter who lives in Baltimore and I will check when she can come to have a look at the car. He told me price is negotiable and I told him I have seen dealers put extra charges, So I want a clear cut rate including all charges. He said he will call back on friday to fix the appointment. He did not call then I called back as he said the car has been sold. Whereas the car is still lised for sale.

Dealer was not prepared when I arrived, but was friendly, definitely could have improved with more organization, I would have test driven more cars but again, disorganized visit, dealer under construction
