When I scheduled an appointment to visit and test drive, the salesman I dealt with (Jae), was great, but the price quoted was about $1500.00 more than was listed on CarGurus. I pointed that fact out, Jae checked & got it corrected. We chatted, haggled, and came to the cash price that I was willing to pay with my trade-in and I was satisfied with our negation. I left a deposit, came back 2 days later to purchase this vehicle. I spent 3+ hours filling out more paperwork, which I thought was a bit much for a cash transaction. I contacted this dealer regarding a RAV-4 with 200k miles. The car was advertised at $8498. I asked that they send a buyer's order with their best price so I could go to my lender. They sent back paperwork with over $3300 in dealer fees, then acted surprised that I wasn't interested. This dealer plays games with their advertised prices so that they can get eyeballs on their cars, but it's all a lie.

salesman Devin was up front and professional had the vehicles ready and waiting for us. the finance officer was very professional and knowledgable got us a very competitive rate.

The credit application was denied but nobody ever got back to us to let us know our credit reports were frozen and ask us to remove the freeze from our credit reports. We didn’t know they were frozen till another dealer asked us to go in and remove the freeze, which we did and were approved for a car loan instantly.
