This was, unfortunately, a total bait and switch. The car I wanted was advertised at a great price and was showing as available on cargurus, which is why I asked about it. The dealership got in touch with me immediately (and repeatedly), and when I got back to them a few minutes later, they said the car was already sold, and would I be interested in a lesser model for more money? I was very disappointed.

The whole process went smooth, the salesmen were all very professional

I requested a few simple pictures and promised to purchase the car upon receiving them. The salesman promised I would have the pictures the next day. They were never sent. Repeated requests were ignored. After a week of asking without a reply, I called, got a different salesman, who informed me the car was sold to someone else. If it's normal to treat potential customers like garbage, I can only imagine how poorly they treat people after they have their money! I would avoid this shady place like the plague.

The dealer needs to provide clear information and be transparent up front.
