I purchased a 2022 Dodge Charger Widebody from Shoreline Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and initially had a very good buying experience. The salesperson and sales manager were professional and tried to help when an issue came up. Unfortunately, after bringing the vehicle in under warranty, the dealership replaced the factory two-piece Brembo rotors with one-piece rotors, which is a downgrade from the original equipment the car came with. The most frustrating part was that there was no conversation with me before changing the configuration of the braking components. The sales manager did try to assist, but this ultimately appears to have been a management decision. Very disappointing experience after what started as a great purchase.

The dealership was great to work with, the only problem and the reason I did not buy the car was because it did not have adaptive cruise control. That part was not communicated correctly by either of us.
