This dealer was so good, I purchased the vehicle I was inquiring about! The staff was helpful and fair

I had the worst experience ever with this dealer. I was in contact with them for 3 weeks about checking a used car. I went today to see it. It was dirty inside/outside. There were coffee stains all over the seats and roof, opened the trunk to see the motor, it was dirty as well, you could see the spider nest on the corners. I asked why you guys didn't prepare it. i was coming all the way from Fresno to Merced. Their answer was that the detailing guy doesn't work on the weekend!!! i was serious about the car. Unfortunately, it was a waste of time.

I did not have a positive response from Fresno Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram . I purchased a new comparable 2025 Ram from another dealership . Fresno needs a definite lesson in customer service. Do you have any questions contact me but I really do not believe that you want to hear what I have to say .

A salesperson called me back. I said the color or model of this car was not my first choice, I said I would drive the 110 miles one way to see the car, sit in the car, and see if it was comfortable. I thought C7 Corvettes were cramped. I was told that the dealer doesn't just let anyone sit in the car or drive it until they ran a credit check to see if I was a qualified buyer. I was offended. I am not a credit buyer and do not want my credit checked willy-nilly. Credit ratings take a hit every time someone does a check. Unapologetically, he said that was his dealership's policy. I told him I was still offended. I thanked him for telling me before I drove so far because I would otherwise been super mad after making a trip for nothing. Three other sales/employees called me to try and undo the damage but I wasn't moved sufficiently. I would think the mission was to get customers to come in. If you don't want your credit checked unnecessarily, don't go here.
