Jeep dealerships near me (Raleigh, NC)

I would never recommend buying a car from them. I was on my way home and the check engine came on and when i told them all i got was a sorry , hope its an easy fix.

Great service was able to buy the exact vehicle I inquired about .

Apparently they are looking to hit a home run with every sale. Very impersonal experience. Pay full asking price, that’s marked too high, or they say they will just send the car to auction. When I wouldn’t pay full retail the sales teams’ attitudes changed. Amazingly enough they called back today and offered to lower the price that wasn’t negotiable a few days before. I bought elsewhere and had a very smooth process.

Went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Prompt in every aspect of their interaction. Quick response time, it made the process easy.

Sales manager and Finance manager were great ,salesman doing deal was great ,but hidden issues with the vehicle was not told up front like an oil leak,sunroof not closing air suspension issues,I haven’t had the vehicle 2 weeks before issues started happening,and I was told as is so now I have too put money in the vehicle before I even make a first payment not fair at all

I don't have an negotiation experience just yet due to personal issues....but they do keep in contact and don't seem pushy or shady...that's the only reason why it's 4stars

I still have not gotten a satisfactory answer regarding this vehicle. I was initially told the vehicle didn't meet dealer standards and was no longer for sale. But as of today (May 5th), the vehicle is still on the dealer's and other car websites showing it's for sale. If the vehicle is no longer for sale, why would the dealer not remove it from the websites? Also, since I inquired about the vehicle shortly after it was listed, if it didn't meet standards, maybe it wasn't thoroughly checked out prior to posting? I have heard nothing else from the dealer concerning this vehicle. And I physically visited the lot in Lillington NC to see if the vehicle was present but didn't see it.
