Several l of their business Staff did make follow up inquiries of me. They were persistent, but polite as to my interest level.

Contacted the dealer, test drove the car next day and had all the paperwork wrapped up within three hours of pulling into the dealership with our old car. Went back the next day to inquire about charging cables and adaptors and they threw a package together at no extra charge. 10/10 would buy again.

Overall, ok. Sales associate was pleasant. I was not happy that the price on Cargurus was not the price advertised on the lot, they had added just under $2,000 in dealer add ons. I did not pay for these add-ons. Also not happy the dealer refused to discount the vehicle for the cost of an extra key fob as they delivered with only one. I have since spent $300 for a spare key fob.

Said they were going to give me an out the price, but never did. They had different sales person messaging me asking if I was looking for a vehicle even though I’m waiting on a price from the first sales person.
