Good but high shipping cost

Worst dealer experience I’ve ever had. They mark the prices up when you show up at the dealer. The jeep we looked at was advertised for 14300 on guru but when we got to the lot the actual price was 16900.

Contacted them about a vehicle they had the day before and let them know I was really interested in it. The morning I headed down (2 1/2 hour drive) I contacted them and let them know I was headed that way and they responded great see you soon. 25 minutes out he text me and said sorry it sold! Highly don’t recommend this dealership. Waste of time!

We drove from Tulsa to see a vehicle listed within our budget, but the experience was very disappointing. At first, they couldn’t even find the car. When they finally brought it out, the associate himself admitted that “this car doesn’t run well.” From the outside, we could see it shaking, the check engine light and tire light were on, and it even had a spare tire mounted. Instead of showing us another option or trying to understand our needs, the focus immediately shifted to pushing financing. One salesperson was even aggressive and inappropriate, making us feel like we were “naïve” for wanting to pay cash or stick to our budget, and insisted the solution was to finance a $20,000 car—completely outside of what we were looking for. In the end, we purchased elsewhere. The experience here was terrible: no real effort to help us find the right car, only pressure to take on unnecessary debt. Truck listed at $20k.Great truck, great price, right? Except it wasn't! Arrived at dealership after driving almost 3 hours, salesman goes to "bring it around", 25 minutes later comes back, "sorry, it's in the shop it has a lot of problems and we're sending it to auction", followed up by "could I show you some other trucks instead?" Oh, the classic Bait-and-Switch. Proceeds to bring around another truck, one year newer, 30k more miles for $3k more than the original we came to see. Needless to say, we left without ANY truck from this dealership! Online car apps still showed the truck available a week later for the same price. I message them to ask if it (the black truck being "sent to auction") is still available. Well, what do you know - it sure was still available and would I like to come and see it? No, Patriot, I would not like to come and see it. Nor would I like to see any more of your vehicles. Now the truck is listed at $15k and being sold as-is and "not running".
