Their finance people wanna upsell you pushing the vehicles you don’t want don’t need I would stay away from them especially this one in Lake City haven’t dealt with the other Morgan stores, but I’m definitely not gonna shop at any of them because of this experience and I’m gonna tell family and friends on the Internet everywhere. I go stay away from them if you need a car there’s plenty of other Places that sell them. Stay away avoid like the red plague.

That’s a significant detail that directly affects the value of the car, and it was withheld throughout the entire negotiation process. On top of that, they attempted to add on fees and packages that were unnecessary and that I never asked for. When you’re already dealing with a dealer demo that wasn’t disclosed, the last thing you want is to also fight over charges being quietly bundled into the deal. Buyers deserve transparency from the start on mileage, on price, and on what’s actually included. This dealership fell short on all of it. Do your homework before engaging with them and ask detailed questions they should have answered on their own

I love this car. Dealer made the deal. They work with you. No shady dealing or hidden pricing. Jaidyn was great, a real closer.
