This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. They communicated with me about the vehicle and understood my situation. The price of the vehicle stayed the same the entire time. I ended buying a RAM 1500 Laramie and my payment was very comfortable. Everyone I spoke to was honest and humble. I forgot I was at a dealership buying a car. The process was fast and easy.

Mileage on the car was almost 3k more than advertised. Scratch on the side of car was not mentioned when asked if there were scratches. Headlights are fogged, also not mentioned. Paint on hood is damaged and never mentioned. Overall satisfied but issues listed would have impacted the decision to purchase the car

Lie to you on the phone say if you do this do that you come up with a deal you do this you do that you get to the dealership with the understanding the deal’s already been made because this was an online thing. Their finance people wanna upsell you pushing the vehicles you don’t want don’t need I would stay away from them especially this one in Lake City haven’t dealt with the other Morgan stores, but I’m definitely not gonna shop at any of them because of this experience and I’m gonna tell family and friends on the Internet everywhere. I go stay away from them if you need a car there’s plenty of other Places that sell them. Stay away avoid like the red plague.

Great dealership. They really stand behind their no dealer fees so no playing around. Would and have recommended them to others.

Not impressed with their knowledge, or lack there of, of their inventory. Communication was poor as well.
