If I could rate them a 0 I would. The salesman was rude and when I emailed the General Manager on the conduct of his salesman I got 0 response. They took forever to give me their best price and while playing the games 2 cars sold that they tried to negotiate with me on. Then when they finally gave me their best price, they told me the other 2 cars sold because they paid full price for the car when I was asking for a discount. Had they actually given me their best price for a car they have had for almost a year when I asked, I would have been more inclined to let it go. But they chose to play games and then tell me the best they could do was $1,000 off of the sticker after trying to force $2,500 in dealer added accessories that I received 0 explanation of before presenting a proposal. So, since they chose to do nothing about their conduct, hopefully whoever reads this will steer clear. Buyer beware!!!
