Took a long time to get a response. Once I did, Moises was very nice and tried to be helpful. Car was on the lot 75 days+ I was going to go the next day and boom it sold. Had to hunt them down to find this out. A woman texted me a day later (took over 24hrs to respond) tells me yes the car is available! I said are you sure?! She says ohhhh actually it’s being sold this morning. And the salesman told me it sold a couple days ago. ‍♀️ I don’t know… good luck

Had the car holding for me,working a deal after being on the phone all day with the dealer to cone the next day. Talked to the dealer after close and the next morning they sold it on me. Terrible customer service- then the receptionist kept putting me to voicemail (really professional) I’m not sure how you do business like that and stay in business
