Salesman and sales manager were great. Very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Vehicle was as described and cleaned up for me while I waited after the paperwork was taken care of. ( very short wait time on delivery) In and out very fast and smoothly. Highly recommend this Dealership.

I wouldn't give them 1 star. Do not recommend this dealership. They are a bunch of liars. Jack is a terrible salesman. I had communicated with him 4 different times I also talked to another guy 2 times so a total of 6 different phone calls with this dealership. They had two identical vehicles I was interested in. Drove over 5 hours and never laid eyes on either of the vehicles I was interested in. I was told they were both available. When we get to the dealership I'm told that the vehicle I was interested in is being detailed the owners wife has been driving it and then they inform me that it has 600 miles on it. It was advertised as having 1 mile. The other vehicle that was identical was loaned out. They could of been honest with me from the get go. But no they wanted to waste my time and my entire day as I spent over 10 hours driving to and from.

We were there for a long time with no communication. I almost left because of this. My trade in amount was very low and they are reselling it for a $10,000 profit. After 2 weeks I finally got the paperwork that I signed. Nothing was gone over with us about the vehicle. I had to call another dealership about some of the programs that came with it because they couldn’t answer them.

This dealer emailed me that a vehicle would be ready for a test drive at a certain time. I drove 90 minutes one way. The car was “gone” and the sales rep was “sick” major bait &switch.
