Communication from the sales team was excellent, and they truly worked hard to make sure I had a great experience. The dealership was very busy, so the process did take quite a while (about 5 hours), but Peyton and Terry were beyond amazing the entire time. They were patient, professional, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Honestly, they are the only reason I stayed and completed the deal. Unfortunately, my experience in the finance office was the complete opposite. The finance manager became visibly upset when I declined additional warranties and GAP coverage. I felt talked down to and treated as if I didn’t understand what I was doing, simply because I chose not to purchase the add-ons. That part of the experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. I can’t say enough great things about the sales staff — especially Peyton and Terry — and they truly represent what good customer service should look like. I contacted the vendor through CarGrus and heard nothing. I searched online and found a phone number and contacted that way. Salesman asked me to send pictures of my vehicle for a trade in amount. Never heard back. The next day made calls but no one called me back. The following day I got a text but not much information. I really liked the vehicle that they had but decided to move on. When a dealer starts sloppy it seldom gets any better. I bought a vehicle from another dealer later that week.

For regional shoppers the dealership is not worth working with. Wouldn’t work a deal unless I came in. Their sales tactic was to get me in and buy on emotions. They literally asked me what was the lowest I would take on my trade hoping I didn’t know the market value.

I loved the experience. They were very fast and efficient. My paperwork was ready because I was coming from out of town to purchase the vehicle Joey Carbo, is awesome and everyone I saw there was so nice! Top notch service! I recommend y’all buy from Ross Downing in Hammond, Louisiana.

When they contacted me about the vehicle, they said they never even received it because the dealership owner bought it immediately for a family member. So why was it still listed as for sale?!
