Jeep dealerships near me (Baton Rouge, LA)

Horrible service. Salesman called me on the phone, I spoke with him and referenced the car I had seen online. Gave him specific details and price range I was looking for. He told me he was going to check the inventory and call me back. He called me back two days later telling me about cars in the high teens and twenty thousand range. I again explained to him what I had seen online and the range I wanted to stay in. He proceeded to try and get me to come to the lot to fill out a credit application to see what I was approved for. I for the third time explained to him what I had seen and what I wanted and he continued to disregard what I was saying, constantly pushing for me to come to the lot. I told him I was not interested in spending all day on a car lot as I knew what I was looking for and what I wanted. He proceeded to try and tell me about vehicles I had no interest in so finally, I told him, if he couldn’t listen to what I wanted & serve me then we didn’t need to talk… he hung up.

The dealership never contacted me through the method I gave them to communicate with me. I went to their show room, and they were nice, but we were unable to come to terms with a price.

Staff helped me make the purchase,would recommend this dealership.

I contacted the vendor through CarGrus and heard nothing. I searched online and found a phone number and contacted that way. Salesman asked me to send pictures of my vehicle for a trade in amount. Never heard back. The next day made calls but no one called me back. The following day I got a text but not much information. I really liked the vehicle that they had but decided to move on. When a dealer starts sloppy it seldom gets any better. I bought a vehicle from another dealer later that week.

They listed the car at one price then went up 4,000 when I was wanting to buy it

Carlos was such a great person to do business with. He communicated everything well, always kept me up to date on the buying process step by step, and even delivered the bronco to my house! So thankful and I love my bronco so much
