Price is not as advertised. The Car has added unrequested accessories driving up the price of the car by $5k.

After some time here they finally did right by me and I can’t complain too much but boy was it memorable. Overall got a great deal and Tim in the finance area was helpful.

Totally unprofessional & rude. Was told they would honor the price I offered for up to a 2 hr period, and if I can't make it by then forget it. I was at work at the time and it was not possible in their time frame. It's not the customers fault if they can't be there at the dealers convenience, after all it is the customer spending their hard earned money, don't know what this world is coming too! Very sad times!

What’s the purpose of unlocking a price and not offer it to purchase and say that deal expires the day you go in. Already pre approved and ready to purchase yet you always go thru the process meaning a haggle back and forth sitting there for an hour so call wheeling and dealing. The truck has sat on lot 160+days and more coming in and need to make room for the new vehicles coming in as they said. This truck would have been sold that day. And here it is sitting again for more days at a higher price. Understand why a lot use other sources etc Wouldn’t recommend poor communication and false advertising Keep getting email to update review over it just yelped as they have poor ratings

The price listed was not the real price; hidden fees were shown later. I guess many car dealers do that, but because it is common practice does not mean it is correct.

Terrible communication. The truck was being reconditioned so the salesman was going to get back to me the next day. A week later he emailed to see if I was still in the market. I replied with a yes and requested more information before since I am an 8 hour drive away. Have never heard from him again. Terrible
