Heard from the man once and never again. Was suppose to “get back to me when he went in the office” never heard anything past that. Very unprofessional.

The salesperson failed to respond to multiple inquiries. I had to physically locate the vehicle on their lot and initiate contact myself. Despite requesting the removal of a $777 charge for mud mats, they added Polysteel and other markups, inflating the price significantly. They refused to provide an out-the-door (OTD) quote unless I visited in person. The vehicle, originally listed at $37,306, was priced at $42,000—nearly $10,000 higher than comparable offers from other dealers. Proceed with caution.
