Car was dirty in picture, asked if it was dinged up or just dirty and they said it sits outside.....dirt like that isn't from sitting outside, and sitting outside would not explain the visibly dirty floor mats!! They then told me they "thought" the car had sold. How difficult is it to actually know if a car at your dealership sold??? Come on guys! 2 emails later was told that the car sold. 3 days later it still shows as available on their website! Talk about your well-oiled machine!!"
