Terrible experience with this dealer, after confirming twice on the price and mileage they ended up coming back and said the price was wrong!! Bait and switch? very disappointed!!

Terrible service, went 2 days ima row to test drive a car and they kept saying the car wasn’t inspected to drive. It seemed like they didn’t want to sell it at all. Did not even insist.

Justin was awesome reaching out to me about the Jeep. He sent a video he took of the condition of the Jeep and wasn’t pushy. Awesome service.

They never got back to me and I follow up twice. The pricing said no fees but I was never contacted to organize a formal proforma invoice and get an out the door price.

They were very open to make a deal, estimating monthly payments and obtaining the interest rate over the phone, we went to pickup the car and finished the paperwork at the dealership, everything was very smooth; special thanks to salesman Jefry Tavarez and F&I Manager Khalid Hadad

I recently inquire about a car at this dealership, and it was a total letdown. When I asked for a detailed price breakdown so I could compare I got nothing but a total lame excuses. This guy gave me a bunch of ridiculous reasons why they supposedly couldn't just give me a clear breakdown of the costs. I've never heard such nonsense. Withholding a detailed breakdown is just plain shady I feel manipulative tactic used to sneak in hidden fees, inflated doc fees, or useless add-ons once you are already emotionally invested. Any reputable dealership should be completely transparent about what they are charging you. Because they refused to provide basic numbers on the product they are trying to sell, I walked away and will be taking my business to a transparent, honest dealer. Buyers, beware insist on your deal structure and all numbers and walk away if they give runaround

My experience was great. I will work with Seren and this dealership again.

The salesman was good, his boss on the another hand likes to low ball on trade ins and high ball your monthly payments. This is why the car is still sitting at the dealership
