Great people to deal with from owner to salesmen Kevin and manager of service department

They contacted me multiple times I finally said I'd come out, drove out there , when I arrived, I was informed.I couldn't drive the vehicle because it was a stop sale with a recall, that's something they definitely knew they were just trying to get me out there to show me other cars, not playing the game

Called to make sure car was available, and to get info. Everything sounded good, so I told the salesman I'd come Saturday around 11am. I made sure to emphasize that I was coming from Chicago (this place is in Addison, IL, which is about 40 minutes away). Received a text the next day giving me the address and basically letting me know that everything was set. Great! Day of, I texted to let the salesperson know I was 10 minutes away. I arrived to an empty office. I called and texted again -- nothing. LUCKILY, I believe in planning ahead and had planned to see the exact same SUV, but with less mileage and a lower price, at another dealer in Addison, about 8 minutes away. I arrived there and was helped right away. I test drove the car and had my guy look over it. We agreed to a fair price, and I came back the next day with cash. They gave me a new battery, oil change, full tank, and a short warranty. Never got a call back from this place. Bad business, and the loss of a cash sale.

Bad dealership. Ran up extra $2000 on sticker price on bill of sale. Another $1700 for warranty I did not want. Overall additional $5000 over advertised. They "fixed" the sticker price but then changed warranty to $2700 and wouldn't remove it. Very shady people, would not trust, would never buy a vehicle from them.

Good company thus far, responsive.

Even though we couldn't come to an agreement Alex was a pleasure to work with. I would be keeping them in mind for future purchases
