Went into the dealership after emailing him three times when I walked in and no one said hi two sales people well they’re talking about something that had nothing to do with cars. I walked in the back came back up front and stood at the desk. Still nothing filing someone came from an office now so I’ve been helped. I said no then when I asked about the Audi, I got the I’m not sure what lot it’s on after looking it up on the computer. Can’t figure it out. Go talk to the sales manager when you come back say oh I think it’s sold. Do you want to see anything else so this ad I think was a baiting switch because if it was sold admin labeled as sold, and if it was there, they would know where it was at.

My sales rep and financial rep were great. The car is wonderful. Total experience was great.

Marcin who was the salesperson was very transparent and informative of the buying process. The dealership has the best price for new vehicles. Great customer service!

Took several days & about 8 requests for a purchase order. Still interested in purchasing the car but we are waiting on the dealership to send purchase order so we can move forward.

Told me the car is there — I drove momentarily there. Half-way, they told me it’s sold - which was frustrating
