The staff were very nice and accommodating. I traded my car with ease and they worked with me to get my payments to a price that I was comfortable with. You get free oil change services from them for the duration you own the vehicle. I am pleased with my experience.

I asked for the out-the-door price, but they refused to provide it. Instead, they expected me to drive two or three hours without knowing the actual total. That’s unacceptable and feels like the typical bait-and-switch—one price advertised, then a completely different price once you arrive. I’m not wasting hours on the road just to get the runaround.

Louis got me driving today. My credit is not the best. He told me they would get me approved. didn't believe him. Heard it before, but they got it done and fast. Would recommend Jersey Car.
